Great shopping experience at Stonecrest Mattress Firm today. When I entered the store I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome by Donovan. He politely asked if he could help me and immediately responded that I was looking to purchase a mattress. I explained what I was looking for in a mattress and he not only told me the mattresses, but explained everything about them. I reclined on the mattress that I was most interested in and asked more questions. Donovan did not pressure me at any time. I even mentioned that I was going to look at other stores. I left and decided to return. I’m thoroughly pleased with my decision to purchase my new mattress from Stonecrest Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm at Stonecrest was a great experience. Travis knew his stuff and understood immediately what we wanted. He explained the pros and cons of each mattress we looked at. In less than an hour we were out the door with a better than advertised price and a delivery date of 48 hours. Travis also explained every detail of the delivery process. It all went exactly as we were told. GREAT JOB to all.

My experience with Gerell Bonner was great. He had patience and I appreciate that amount of time he took with me to make sure I chose the right product. He had great customer service with attention to detail and know-how. I explained my specifications of what I needed based on my health conditions and he was very attentive to my requirements. He had extensive knowledge of the process, products, and their benefits which made my decisions clearer when I chose my mattress! Earlier that day I went to another mattress store and was met with very bad service and subpar products. I left thinking I wouldn’t get what I needed until I met Mr. Bonner!

Customer service, I had a great experience at the store. Garrell is very knowledgeable of what mattress for a customer to get through the knowledge that he has. Great sales rep. I would definitely recommend using this store and speaking with the store manager on buying the mattress for your preference.
