Shopping here was a fantastic experience. JR was incredibly knowledgeable and really honed in on our sleeping style and comfort needs. He set us up with an excellent Stearns and Foster mattress and adjustable base. I highly recommend visiting the Gurnee Mattress Firm. UPDATE: Not only was the shopping experience excellent, I want to compliment the delivery process. The two young men who delivered our new bed were awesome. They were friendly, professional and were in and out in no time time at all. All around a great experience.

RJ and Javier were super pleasant. Unlike most places you go to make a large purchase, they were not pushy or aggressive. Instead, they were helpful and worked with us to get the best mattress. I would definitely come back to this location first when looking for a future mattress before trying anywhere else. Very positive shopping/buying experience.

Micheal welcomed me find just the bed I needed for my needs. Thankfully, I decided to come purchase the bed during their Labor Day sales, I was happy to be able to purchase the bed, foundation, and even a bed frame. Mike was kind and very informative. I was stuck between a full or twin and ended up greeting a twin XL. I’ll be looking forward to making my next purchase of a mattress here in the future.

I went into this MattressFirm location earlier today with my wife. We went in mainly to look and get an idea of what kind of bed we wanted to buy. Thankfully we were helped by sleep expert Jimmy and he made the process very pleasant and comfortable. Walked out of the store with a new mattress being delivered to our home in 2 days! Thank you again to Jimmy for providing exceptional customer service. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend anyone to come see him for their mattress needs.

OMG ! This place is the very best for customer service and a bed to fit every price range. Our service representative JR was super helpful and nice, not pushy at all. I ended up with a great bed on sale and belive or not it came in Box and fit in the back of a Honda Accord.. The whole process took about 20 minutes, loved that too.
