Being a general manager for a different retailer. Angela at Mattress Firm’s Orland Park location was exceptional. She was patient, kind, and pleasant. As soon as I walked in the door a hour before closing she greeted me with eye contact and a smile. Although she was working with another guest, she took the time to show me around the store and educate me on different bedding styles. I knew I was buying at that point it was a matter of figuring out my style. I highly recommend going to see her. I was so impressed, I wish I could have her for me store. You Rock Angela!

Very good experience here, have been a customer for many years. Anthony helped us out a ton, purchased bed for myself and my wife, and then got our son a bed. He explained everything very well and made us very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place if you are in the market for a mattress
