Went to the Mattress Firm at Brookside Tinley Park after Ashley failed to deliver my mattress purchase. Cierra provided professional and knowledgeable customer experience. I was so frustrated when I entered the store. She made my first time shopping there relaxing. I recommend making this store your first stop. Had I done that I would have had my mattress weeks ago.
