This location has great customer service! Gary was very helpful in helping us pick out mattresses for our needs (with promotions to take advantage of) and also quickly adjusted our order/delivery window when we mistakenly got the wrong size (totally our own fault). He was understanding and was able to help us out immediately, as our guests were arriving a few days later! Would recommend working with Gary at the Falmouth location, easy and stress-free!

I ordered by phone and in the process received conflicting information about delivery, but in the end delivery was made earlier than expected, a relief. Matt and Josh on the delivery truck were upbeat and efficient, taking care not to damage walls or soil rugs. They accommodated our need to switch beds around, worked quickly but carefully. Couldn't have been better!

I’ve been reviewing all types of mattresses for quality and price and here’s what I discovered! First, I wanted to support a local business, Mattress Firm in Falmouth, MA, seemed to be the store! All the sales people were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I narrowed my choice to two, Stearns and Foster.On the tax free weekend, not only were taxes saved, the next day the mattress went on sale. The sales people gave me the sales ticket price and I saved $340.00. Delivery called on the evening before and 15 minutes before the delivery was made. Eliezer and Jose were efficient , professional and friendly! They set up my new mattress and removed my old one! Thank you Gary, Vanessa and Joe. I met with Gary to purchase a mattress for my elderly housebound father. He showed me many options and was very informative about each one. Asked questions regarding my dad and his sleep habits which helped us decide on which one to purchase. It was also nice to know if dad didn’t like it, we were able to exchange it.
