John, the sales rep was very informative and professional. He explained the difference between mattresses, materials, etc, in a manner that was easy to understand. He did not try and sell me the most expensive but rather one that matched my sleeping habits. John was the Sleep Expert who sold us our new mattress. We didn’t really know what exactly we wanted but John not only gave us some pretty good options to try but they were realistic prices to our budget. The Mattress was there waiting for us on the promised delivery date, first thing in the morning before we even had our keys to our new place. He’ll definitely talk your head off with stories but he knows his stuff and keeps his word. I’m overly satisfied with the purchase and the mattress sleeps like I’m on a cloud. WAY TO GO!

I went here on the 24th of August, i went back one week later. Within that one week time I have gone to many other places. Every place I went to wanted double the amount for the something I looked at here. They seem to be very honest people here at Mattress Firm in Lowell. Both times I went there the gentleman where very friendly. Today I talked with John, who was very pleasant to talk to, and I finally bought the mattress that I'm sure I will be happy with. Thanks John.

This was my first time going to this store as I am not from the area but currently staying with my girlfriend.. we stopped in to look for a decent mattress and Joey, the sales clerk, was very helpful in explaining to us how mattresses wurk and helping us pick the perfect one for us… I waited till the next day to write this review to let u kno about our purchase and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied.. I’m actually laying in my bed now making this review.. I’ll definitely be going back in the future to maybe upgrade but for now I’m very happy… if u stop in ask for Joey and tell him I sent ya..👍🏽👍🏽
