Our family needed a mattress for our mom and the store manager, Brian was very helpful. He reached out to me to make suggestions for what we needed. Vex was also super helpful and we purchased a mattress and platform. In the end though, it wasn't the right fit for mom and we were able to return the mattress (Yino was great on the return) These gentlemen wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store!

Mattress Firm of Mansfield, MA has a large selection to choose from and it was close by so I stopped in to pick out a mattress, box spring and frame. Collin the associate who helped me, greeted me and was very pleasant. Great customer service and Collin was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about each of the mattress selections and how each one offered a different level of comfort depending on the person who it’s for. With the 30 day sleep trial, he explained that if it’s not comfortable they will exchange it for another one more suitable. With that kind of a guarantee, it gives the buyer a chance to truly try it out, also with the pre July 4th sale, saving money helped also. Collin was pleasant, respectful, polite and set up the delivery for a day that would be good for me. I would highly recommend he and their store location for anyone searching for a mattress.
