Had a good experience buying a mattress here. No pressure. You can walk around and try different beds. Beds are color coded for firmness. Different styles and brands are available. First bed we got was too soft. We could exchange it for a firmer bed, no charge except for the price difference.

I was very impressed by Jeff who was very warm and helpful in helping us get the right mattress for us. He was extremely patient and spent time beyond the store closing hours to ensure that we were sure of what we were buying. He followed up with us in a nice manner and ensured that we received the mattress, the base well before what we thought would be a timeline we would receive it. I had been looking for a new frame for a queen size bed for the past week via Amazon and other online mattress stores. None of their offerings had room for storing things under the bed so I decided to call the two Mattress Firm stores that wete closest to my home unforyunately theydidn't have any in stock at this time but advised me to call their store in Marlboro, MA that usually had more stock. So I called them since it was within a 15 minute drive from my home. They had two boxed units plus lots of them on their show room beds. It was just the type of frame that I was looking for since it had lots of room under the bed for storage boxes . So I bought it. Assembly of the frame was really easy, involving just 4 Phillips head screws. It took only about 10 minutes to complete assembly. The longest part of the job was moving the mattress and box spring out of the room before assembling the frame and putting them back into the room after assembling the frame. I highly recommend checking out Mattress Firm if you're looking for a frame and/or mattress. Se
