Killin It

Went in to buy new pillows for my wife and I. Realized we should also look at a new mattress. The employee asked good questions and found us a mattress that doesn’t hurt my shoulder (which I didn’t think was possible). The first one we like was $6000. But he had us also try a similar mattress that was half the price, just in case we liked it as much. Not too many salesman genuinely try to save you money. In 8 years, when we need a new mattress, this is where we will go!

Alex @ Mashpee, MA location was excellent! Knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. Not crazy about financing process thru Synchrony Bank, way too complicated, forwarded too many times to too many people, had to repeat personal info too many times, way too time consuming. Should have just paid for it. However, buying process itself @ Mattress Firm was great, delivery quick. and would recommend.
