After it rained in our bedroom and destroyed our mattress, my husband and I decided it was time for a new one. I asked if we could shop around at Mattress Firm since it's in our town and we hadn't ever gone inside before. Right away we were greeted by Michael, and he gladly showed us around the store. He assisted us in choosing our new mattress. My husband didn't plan on spending as much as we did (nor did I), but I think it was worth every penny. The normal mattresses were great, but we wanted higher end ones and this place didn't disappoint. Once we tried the King sized Sealy Posturepedic Plus with the Tempur-Pedic Ergo Adjustable Base... we knew that we were sold. We tried the other mattresses a few times just to be sure. Due to the construction going on in our house, it wasn't a problem to set the delivery date until a couple of weeks later. We can extend it if needed as well. That's very convenient! We also got some great deals, including our medical worker discount because we're a BSN RN and EMT couple! I'm so glad we didn't have to pay crazy money for delivery! It was extremely reasonable even without the discount. I highly recommend this place. Even their low end mattresses were better than the Bob's ones. If you're hurting for money or looking for a super cheap deal, this might not be the place for you unless you make payments. Worth it though. So very worth it for a good night sleep!!

The manager Mike was incredible. He did an amazing job answering all our questions and he was very patient the entire time. He broke things down into simple terms and made the entire process extremely easy. I'm glad we opted to go with this company today because it was a large purchase, and therefore a very big decision. We definitely made the right choice.

Peter was a bit like me straight and to the point. I'm hoping our mattresses are good. He knew what we were looking for. We were very limited with money. He's assured us if we are not satisfied we can trade them in within 4 months. I liked that. He was very helpful.
