My wife and I were so happy with our experience at Mattress Firm. Rick sat down with us to learn more about what we were looking for in a mattress particularly our need to improve our back issues. There was no rush in the process. We felt like he allowed us ample time to browse and try multiple beds, makes and models so that we could make the right decision for us. Stuart was incredibly patient with me ! I have a back injury and have surgery coming up. I have already been through 2 mattresses through another company that not only didn’t work for my back, but made it hurt so much worse. Stuart was patient , kind and informative. He definitely did not push me towards the most expensive. He listened to my needs and allowed me to try as many mattresses as I needed … multiple times. This has been extremely stressful and expensive and Stuart was the best ! My experience was 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ * Swampscott vinnen sq store.
