My brother and sister n law bought a nice bed, but it took 2 mattress to so far get it right. It seemed like the store sample in the showroom felt better. Maybe 🤔 we will see if in time theirs will feel the same. Finger's 🤞crossed. The customer service and the guys who do the setting up are awesome 😍😎. Great store to deal with.

The associate Kathy was attentive immediately and showed us an array of mattresses in our price range. She took the time to listen to our concerns and goal. We have been past customers and would definitely go again for our needs. The store was clean with many sanitary touches.

After spending some time researching mattresses, we were most impressed with Mattress Firm's prices and selection. We purchased 2 mattresses with guidance from "Kafi." She was amazing! Just very helpful and knowledgeable. The associate Cathy spent a very long time with me selecting the mattress that was within my budget and right for what I needed. I tested out quite a few before deciding on my selection. I was “counseled” but not pushed to spend more than I had originally planned. Cathy was extremely patient and helpful. I’ll go back to the store again if I need another mattress.
