Drew was an excellent associate. Even though he was very busy he was patient, kind, and thoughtful of his customers needs. He listened to what I needed and was not a hard sell type of person. He suggested beds that were good for tummy sleepers and made sure I got the right product for a curvy gurl. Much appreciated!

Our entire experience was fantastic thanks to Faris! We went looking to upgrade our mattress from a queen to a king. We weren’t entirely sure what type of bed we wanted, but Faris able to help us throughout the whole process. He was patient and very knowledgeable; allowing us to try many different types of mattresses. Eventually we found our perfect match. We will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to everyone we know. 10/10 experience!

Went in looking for a new mattress that both myself and my fiancé could agree on and 2 months later are thrilled we went into this store! Faris was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I usually hate shopping for big ticket items like this because of pushy sales people, but Faris was far from it. He answered all of our questions truthfully and fairly and helped us find the best one FOR US!!! He even explained the importance of versatility in the mattress for myself and my fiancé based on our preferred sleep positions. We even fell in love with a mattress topper and have our eyes on some of the sheets in the future. Hopefully we will not need to go back soon, but will definitely be coming back next time in need!

I had a wonderful experience with Faris at Mattress Firm in Sunset Hills today! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help me find the perfect set of sheets that were desperately needed. Faris also fit me for a new mattress that I will be hopefully purchasing for my husband and I for Christmas!
