Met Tom on first visit. He asked questions to find out what type of mattress we were looking for and he took his time explaining the different mattresses for our needs. My wife returned a few days later , explaining why Tom had done and she said this associate was great also. She purchased that day. They delivered it on a Sunday and the guys were excellent ( except didn’t take off their shoes or put on “booties”). An overall excellent experience

William was a great help, plus he knew the product. I needed two mattresses for a full size daybed. He helped me make choices that would not only fit the bed well, but would also be great for a side sleeper like me. In addition to being knowledgeable on the subject, he was kind. I had locked my keys in the car, had two hungry toddlers with me and they were upset and made their frustration known quite loudly, AND it was closing time. He never once showed impatience, made sure I was able to get my mattresses on the days I needed them and at a price within my budget. I feel good about my purchase and especially pleased about the service I received. This is my 2nd time coming to the Apex Beavercreek location. I had gone elsewhere a couple of years ago. Never again. Thank you Mattress Firm from a very happy returning customer. Oh, one more thing. William said if I got home and they weren't the right fit, to call back and let him know and he would make sure we got the right ones.

We had a fantastic experience at the Apex Mattress Firm. We walked in with 1 hour until closing and worked with Keith. We had absolutely 0 idea on what type of king size mattress we wanted as we currently had a 30 (yes THIRTY) year old mattress. Keith was incredibly patient, answered all our questions, and was so knowledgeable about the beds in the store. I never once felt like I was trying to be pushed into buying anything (which I HATE). And ultimately Keith was so good we ended up buying the adjustable base and a purple pillow which we really had no intention of purchasing but (without being pushy) showed us the benefits of them. When we came back in to make our purchase official 2 days later we worked with the store manager, Tom who helped us pick out an additional queen size mattress (also something we were not considering - but considering the good experience we had and great customer service from Keith we figured we would purchase with Mattress Firm). Tom worked with us to make sure we got everything we came in for and we walked out feeling like this mattress firm stood by their word and their customer service was simply excellent. Additionally delivery of the bed was insanely fast. The two guys who came to deliver the 2 mattresses and adjustable base were in and out in 10 minutes it was CRAZY! I wish they had moved us into to the house - they hustled! And I know fast could mean they’re doing things incorrectly but these guys were SOOO NICE! They came back in to check to make sure everything looked ok after assembly, and we had a question and they answered it so politely. Should we need another bed or know someone that needs one I will be coming back to this mattress store! Thanks Keith and Tom and the delivery team!
