Leo helped me today. I had done some research on what I wanted prior to going in the store so I told him what I was looking for in my mattress. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the mattress types I was interested in and tested them. He was patient as we went through each of them and once I decided, we set the delivery for tomorrow morning! I was happy to have it so soon. We also discussed sheets to keep me cool for the mattress and I purchased those as well. Grateful for his excellent service and the mattress shopping experience he provided.

Everything about our experience with North Crest Mattress Firm was A+ Our Sales Rep, Preston, knew his stuff and better yet explained it to us. Broke with us to work with other customers and then came back when we were ready with our decision. On our delivery day, the crew were on time and worked fast. We had an issue in that they could not take our platform as it was an adjustable. Not sure why but the rep in the store that day, Cromwell, was available to confirm the crew’s rejection but he did get Preston to help out with an answer for us. He confirmed we would get our money back that we paid for the removal. We have yet to return to the store to get the reimbursement but sure we will have no issue. (We had to pay someone $85 to take it out.) But again overall, A+
