Salesman was extremely nice. Very friendly and knowledgeable as he guided and assisted me with choosing a king size headboard and mattress. He was very pat even as I went back and forth deciding on a headboard. I would definitely recommend him. This was my second mattress purchase from this particular location , this year.

Jay was OUTSTANDING. He was knowledgable, helped us pick a great mattress, and honored our budget and worked with us. when we had troubles with fedex on a bed frame delivery, he took over the issue and did everything in his power to get us our order and made sure we felt heard and assisted. (the mattress firm delivery guys were also outstanding!) I really could not have asked to work with someone better. We bought 2 mattresses from his so far and will buy all our others with him too. Jay came in the next day and recognized my name on the caller ID. He gave me a call. Jay ordered my new mattress for me, set up the delivery/replacement without having to go to the store.
