The sales person (called a sleep expert; I was referred to as a guest when he spoke to someone on the phone instead of a customer. I thought that was cool!) was very helpful and not at all pushy. Price was very good for a twin mattress. It appears to be well made and is comfortable.

At first you feel like they are not ready to take you to the mattresses. It's a little bit of a mess as you enter cardboard at the entrance and a vacuum on the mattress and pillows in disarray. The sales men are helpful though.
