Cliff greeted us as we entered the store, asked what we were looking for, showed us every type of mattress & explained the difference. He took his time & listened to our needs. We had to leave for an appointment, I called to say we were on our way back & could he start the process. He did and we purchased a well needed mattress. Shopping here was the best experience. This store is extremely well managed (Brian is amazing!), the entire shopping experience was probably the best I've ever had, they are extremely helpful and friendly, and the prices can't be beat. After purchasing a mattress, we came back two more times to get sheets and pillows from this store, with the same level of satisfaction. We have also sent our family to meet Brian as well well.

Brian and Alex were fantastic in helping us pick out a new bed. Told them when we walked in that it was for a guest room and they knew we weren’t looking for a Tempurpedic. Showed us all the mattresses on the cheaper end of the scale, no pushy sales tactics (like I’ve had at other big box stores) and courtesy the entire time. They also educated us on all the different types of beds. This is why I will only buy my beds from mattress firm.

Alex from Mattress Firm Pineville provided exceptional service. He helped me by getting an awesome deal on a mattress set and accessories for my mom who is retired.He was extremely patient, compassionate, and understanding of the needs of my mom which he directed us in the right direction on a beautiful set that fit our budget without losing on the quality or comfort. I have been in other mattress firms but Alex was outstanding he went above and beyond to accommodate us in getting us the best deal possible. I honestly feel he will go places within the company. I hope Mattress Firm recognizes his dedication and hard work in providing the best experience a customer can receive;. I hope to see him as the new manger he can definitely be a good role model and transformational leader which will set a Gold standard in customer service.
