Great experience!! Alex made everything incredibly easy. We had never been in a mattress store. We were very unsure of what to expect. Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We ordered a bed, adjustable base and new pillows. All of this will be delivered to us for a reasonable fee! Thank you so much.

What a wonderful experience we had. We have never been in a mattress store and I'm telling you. It's not what you think. It's EXACTLY that. Only better. Lol. Alex was very knowledgeable, patient and funny. He made sure to listen to what we both said about our own sleeping needs and managed to find us a bed we could both agree on. We ordered a bed and he arranged to have it delivered right to us. Thank you Alex. Excellent customer service. Such a great time. Highly recommend if you have any mattress needs to visit Alex at the north location.

Lacey and Alex went above and beyond to help my husband and I. They willingly answered any ridiculous questions we threw their way and never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I was incredibly nervous to shop for a mattress, as it is quite a significant investment. Nevertheless, Lacey and Alex made it feel like we were long time friends. The service was terrific! I I loved how details of the mattresses were explain and then our salesman would give us some space to try mattresses and visit with each other. Then he would come back with more information and options. When a decision was made to purchase, the effort to offer delivery to meet our schedule was really over-the-top! Our salesman, Alex, really went above and beyond.
