Stopped in at the Williston Mattress Firm today because my last mattress purchase in Fargo did not hold up at all! The time and attention that Corey put into making sure we found the correct comfort level, as well as paying attention to if I had any sleep disturbances was remarkable. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I threw his way. He made sure to keep me well informed about the policies and my ordering and delivery times! Corey was our primary guide through our purchase however Scott was very helpful too. This is a very big purchase for us. Their knowledge is greatly appreciated. Hopefully we will not need to use the warranty or want to change our mattress selection within the 120 day trial period. It’s comforting to know that if we do, we will be helped by Corey and Scott directly and will not be shuffled off to some foreign call center.

Mr. Fix it

Service was excellent and prompt! I was shown several models within my price range and comfort level. I settled on the Purple mattress 3 for price, comfort, and most of all cooling capability as I'm an extremely hot sleeper that even the most advanced cooling mattresses have issues dissipating the amount of heat I generate. Within about half an hour I had picked my mattress and am having it custom shipped to Williston for pick up!

If I could give 10 stars I would, Scott had phenomenal customer service, He wasn’t too pushy he explained everything with great detail and he KNEW his stuff. He could give you the break down of each bed and benefit. It was an overall very comfortable experience and I high suggest seeing Scott and Corey at the Mattress Firm in Williston
