Excellent experience and customer service from start to finish! Jeremy, the salesman we worked with in store, was very knowledgeable and personable. He knows the products well and will not push you towards something that does not suit your needs. We purchased two memory foam mattress and mattress protectors for our sons' bunkbeds. The delivery was quick and the kids love their new mattresses. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm based on this experience!
