Best customer service I’ve ever had at a mattress store! Scott was extremely personable and helpful. I went in looking for a new pillow due to neck problems. He was extremely patient with me and explained what to look for in a pillow and why my previous pillow gave me problems. He was very knowledgeable. He spent an hour patiently helping me decide on a pillow (I am very indecisive) I cannot express enough how kind and helpful Scott was. It was the best experience I’ve had looking for a pillow. I will definitely be back for a mattress for my spare room. I highly recommend this store. Scott is definitely the man to go to.

The space was attractive and inviting and Stacy was extremely knowledgeable about the store's inventory. She asked the right questions and listened carefully to my answers to determine the best product fit for my needs. Stacy addressed all of my concerns, was polite, friendly and very professional.
