I want to share my delivery experience for my new mattress purchased from Mattress Firm. First and foremost, I want to thank Hector and his delivery partner who were very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They arrived on time and introduced themselves properly. One thing I appreciated was that they made sure to not damage the walls and floors as they brought in the mattress. Once inside, they unpacked and assembled the mattress, gave me useful tips for maintenance, and advice on how to care for the mattress in the long run. Hector and his delivery partner made my mattress delivery experience highly satisfactory. Their professional skills and attitude, despite the challenging working conditions, were excellent. I don’t review many retail locations but had such a great experience here I have to post a 5 star review!! Big Ben listened to what I wanted to buy and sold me just that! He was great answering my questions and giving me his honest opinion on different mattresses I asked about. The whole process was quick, easy, and I left there feeling great about my purchase. I purchased a guest bed and will be back when I replace my bed!!

Big Ben was amazing. Got us exactly what we were looking for without any hassle. Sold us a waterproof mattress cover for the mattress so that we could keep stains off the mattress for the warranty to stay valid. Big Ben is great and deserves a raise, super up beat and positive, a wonderful help over all. Answered all our stupid questions would recommend to our friends.
