Gabriel was very attentive, patient, and answered all of our questions. He was working with a couple who has 2 very different matters comfort preferences but took the time to make sure we were both happy with a mattress choice. My husband and I originally went to Ashley’s and fell in love with the Therapic Luxe adapt soft mattress however, we decided to stop by Mattress Firm in Bayplaza where we met the salesman Rafael. Not only was Rafael super informative and professional, he was honest. We had ended up purchasing the mattress and adjustable base with him.
