Our salesperson Ty was very helpful and ubderstanding. She took time to answer my father's questions and explained all the details. I like the fact that Mattress Firm has a policy that if you are not satisfied with mattress, you have the right to return. Also delivery takes care of removing old mattress and putting new one, albeit for a cost, but you dont have to worry about doing it yourself. 5 stars to Ty! ( and our mattress)
