I had some questions on my new bed and Jimmy the manager made some phenomenal suggestions on how to better protect and get the most out of the cooling features. He’s very nice, extremely knowledgeable on anything sleep and was super helpful overall! Also I got a free recliner with my mattress - what a deal!

Went to Mattress firm looking for a mattress - spoke with a rep by the name of Jared. I went in looking for one manufacturer but had a change of mind when he recommended me another bed, especially if I suffer with snoring.
