Jhasi aka jay was my sleep expert today. When I walked in two experts were working. I was greeted by both. jay was polite, knowledgeable and very patient. She allowed me to take my time when try out the beds. I was given space to really get the feel of eacH bed. She asked all the right questions and gave me plenty of information so I could make the best decision for me. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. And she was willing and gracious to repeat info a couple times for me. I do wish they had more of the options I say online. Overall it was good experience.
