Greg Ryan was super informative, patient and above all very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about the products, and the pricing. My wife and I had every intention of only going to look, but after his tour of the inventory his guidance of all the pricing options and warranties, we settled on a queen mattress, adjustable base, cover for the mattress, and even a 3-year warranty and still came in under our expected budget. Not only did I have a blast with my wife doing the shopping, which is rare, but I feel like we got a great deal that we wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. Thank you so much Greg!!

As a returning customer, my focus was on pillows. I was happy to learn that the associates were very knowledgeable. After fully listening to my issues, they isolated the needed pillows to two options and had me to test both pillows on the same mattress and box spring I have at home (also purchased from Mattress Firm). The associates fully explained care and warranty. I left the location confident that my issues will resolved. Thank you so much.
