Our Sleep Expert at the East Meadow location, Laura, was amazing! She took the time to guide us on the best selection for child’s first big-kid-bed. We never felt like we were just another tally on her sales sheet or that we were being treated like another basic transaction. We’ve experienced a lot of people in an advisor or sales role who lost, or simply didn’t care to offer, their people skills over the last two plus years. Not Laura! She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Free delivery came less than 48 hours later, and the delivery team was in and out in less than five minutes, doing a great job as well. We are so thankful for such a great experience, thank you!

Danny at Mattress Firm East Meadow made my mattress buying experience today very easy and fun. I was wearing a mask when I entered the store and he put his on to make me feel more comfortable, very thoughtful. I needed to replace three old mattresses and Danny was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to help me find the perfect ones. For the main mattress he had me try several different brands for comparison and explained the differences. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. When I decided on what I wanted, Danny put the purchases into the computer and printed out a copy for both of us, and went over each purchase with me reflecting the cost and savings. We set a delivery date, explained how that worked, and then thanked me for stopping by and for my purchase. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thank you Danny!

Was able to try out a mattress that I was interested in online. She matched. The price and included set up which was not available online. Was definitely a good idea that I stopped in to try the mattress. Everything worked out MUCH better and Linda was really easy to work with and so nice to talk to...she understood my problems and was able to work with me much better than the online help from the mattress company's customer service who had company restrictions that made it difficult for me to buy directly.

I wish I could give 10 stars but google doesn't give that option. This is the second mattress in two years that we purchased from Laura at this location. Each time she worked with us to give us the best price. We had previously went to another mattress Firm closer to where we will be moving to and felt they were not giving us a good deal. We were correct, for the same set up, Laura was well below what the other location quoted us. I totally recommend this location and Laura the salesperson is the BEST!
