Just brought a mattress and pillows this morning and Sam was amazing. He found me the right mattress and pillows effortless. He knew exactly what i was looking for. I was in and out in 30 min. Sam is what customer service is and should be. Its hard to find customer service now a days. I definitely recommend mattress firm on francis lewis blvd and most definitely ask for Sam.
