Andy was amazing, completely took his time with me. Even when he was juggling about 5 customers at a time, he was attentive to all of us. Appreciate the level of attention and his knowledge! Andy is awesome. Very detailed. I was suppose to come in, compare prices and go to sleep number but Andy’s guest awareness kept me in the location. He was aware of all of the guest that entered. He took his time with us. I never felt rushed or unimportant. I Andy’s service needs to recognize I almost offered him a opportunity with my company.

Andy did a great job of calling other locations to secure the mattress I wanted. He went above and beyond. Richard, the associate at the other location followed suit with customer service that was equally as stellar. And lastly, I am enjoying this mattress just as much as the one I purchased almost 5 years ago.
