Gary was a phenomenal sales associate. Incredibly knowledgeable about his trade and an overall pleasure to work with. My husband and I weren’t exactly looking forward to spending a nice weekend afternoon mattress shopping with a one year old in tow, Gary made the experience not only pain free, but fun! He let my little one run around (we were the only ones in there) and he talked us into buying a King mattress with adjustable frame that we couldn’t be more excited to receive! We definitely recommend Gary and Mattress Firm to anyone in the area in need of an upgrade.

I have been shopping around for a mattress a while now, so I had a good idea what I was after, though not confident I could actually find it. Brandon greeted me and immediately showed me options for what I was looking for. He took time with my questions, was informative, friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with the options shown to choose from that I wouldn’t regret my purchase, especially with their Gold Service and the 120 day sleep trial. Brandon was very helpful. Went to Mattress Firm in Harriman and had a wonderful experience. They took their time showing us different mattresses and were not pushy in any way. They were attentive and listened to what we were looking for. They worked with our budget and they even threw in a couple of extra things for free like mattress covers and sheets. I left there satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Went to this store today, and was very pleased with the salesman Gary. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses in the store. We explained what we were looking for and Gary went above and beyond our expectations. He found us the best mattress and base for our needs. He also went above and beyond to get us the best price.
