Extremely knowledgeable staff! Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great experience. Georgia was extremely patient with my family. We purchased four mattresses and she let us try almost every mattress in the store! My husband and I didn’t love the mattress we chose so we called four days after the purchase to do a return and exchange. Adam (the store manager) made the exchange process extremely easy. Unfortunately, there was a software issue with scheduling the new delivery. Adam had to escalate the issue to the IT Department. He kept following up for me until they fixed the scheduling issue. I have been waiting for three weeks so Adam waived the re-stock fee. I wasn’t expecting that! Adam is a great guy!! I highly recommend this store!

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain everything about all the mattresses we saw. He was able to obtain next day delivery for our two mattresses and the two gentlemen that delivered them were fast, courteous, went out of their way to be extremely helpful for me and my daughter. I recommend this store, the salespeople (especially Adam, who was also training a new sales person.). Adam didn’t miss a beat! The store is full of great deals and super clean, employees very helpful and knowledgeable. Many mattresses and beds to choose from and Adam didn’t rush us. If you need a bed or mattress, this is definitely the very first store to go to.

Adam was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. Today I just purchased my 84 year old mother’s mattress in the New Windsor location. I had Jake too who is being trained by Adam. Also very good to deal with. I would highly recommend this location.
