Mario at the Mattress Firm Harlem store is second to none! I am blown away with the level of service and professionalism every step of the way when working with Mario! He is not what you have come to expect from sales reps at a retail store. I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm in Harlem. I met a wonderful sales person named Pearl. She was very welcoming and did not hesitate to explain in depth all my questions. She was very Patient and kind. In addition I did not feel rushed as I tried almost very mattress at mattress firm!!! She was also informative with the other items I purchase such as the pillows and the bedding. I would recommend very whim looking for a mattress visit Mattress Firm at Harlem.

My salesman Yahj absolutely nailed the right choice of mattress for me with an adjustable frame. I’ve been experiencing back pain for a number of months and the first night I slept through and didn’t have one bit of pain. Highly recommend this store & salesman. Delivery was excellent as well. The crew arrived early set up the bed quickly took my old mattress and helped me get my frame to the basement. Kudos to all

We had the best mattress shopping experience at this store. Our salesperson, Pearl, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, without being pushy. We were able to get a mattress, adjustable base and accessories within budget because of the great discounts available to us.
