I actually was just going into Mattress Firm to do some reconnaissance before I went to Macy’s, but, the Labor Day prices were great. All price points were represented, but it was curated so the choices were not so many as to be overwhelming. I loved my sales associate Devin, who was helpful but at no point did he give off that used car salesman vibe. Great experience overall!

The woman who works here named Marina, was not only extremely nice and helpful, but knowledgeable and asked me the right questions to help pick my mattress out. On top of having me try each one out on multiple sleeping positions and brought me different pillows to find the perfect fit. She was a great help and made my time at mattress firm easy and smooth.

The store was extremely welcoming when I visited with my two small children seeking a full size mattress for my preteen. Christopher, our salesperson, was so patient and made the experience fun for my girls to try mattresses that they may like. He gave me many options without overselling so I could make the the best decision for our needs. Also the store was very clean which was a plus.
