Our salesperson Shaheem was fantastic. Went through all my options and helped me decide on the best mattress for me. No pressure at all. Was understanding that I wanted to think about the purchase and we even met him at a different location to buy my bed. I even bought a nice new pillow. He was extremely accommodating and a big help in my decision. I recommend him and the Mattress Firm in Poughkeepsie NY very highly. Can't wait to sleep in my new bed.

William, the sleep expert at the store was very helpful. I appreciated when I first entered the store that I was politely greeted and acknowledged but was given time to wander around the store. William let me know if I had any questions that he would be happy to help. After sometime I had decided on a couple of possible mattress choices and William was knowledgeable and was able to provide estimates for both options. When I returned back to the store today with my decision, William shared some additional information about my choice of mattress and helped set up a delivery date. At no time did I feel the pressure to purchase anything. It was pleasant shopping experience!

Recently purchased a new mattress with the help of Bill Smith he’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Did not feel rushed or pushed throughout the process. There was a small hiccup with the original delivery date but Bill took care of it. When I received my bed the delivery crew was professional, efficient and friendly. Have had my bed and adjustable base for a few weeks now and am very happy with my purchase!
