I walked in to mattress firm today, with my 75-year-old mother. Jeffrey the salesman was light hearted, patient, honest and very nice to my mother. He made her feel very comfortable. He was very professional and used no pressure tactics. I would absolutely go there again.

Pete. All I can say is Pete. I had a little chaos with my mattress I had originally had bought. I was ready to give zero stars. Until I picked up the phone and got him. He was a wonderful salesman who made me feel like family and listened to my concerns fully (which none of the others seemed to care to do)Whatever chaos I had went away that day and it went to the MOST pleasurable one. I am SO happy. My replacement mattress had come and it was SO PERFECT. I haven’t slept this well in years. I can not thank him enough for everything he did.
