This location is great! Other than the fact that I had to go back the next day because of a network error the store was having I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I was helped by Tanzina and she was absolutely amazing, so helpful and patient. She answered every question I had in detail and went through basically the whole website with me to help find the best pillows which made me happy. 10/10 she is great and the store is great

I wouldn't normally leave a review but I am with Mattress Firm in Smithtown because of the service provided by Sheena. I can imagine that at most mattress stores the prices and inventory are generally the same. To me, what really makes the difference is the experience and charisma of the sales representative. Sheena was attentive and asked/listened to my needs when helping me find the best mattress.
