Steve P was the best! After trying 2 different online mattress companies and being unsatisfied, it was time to see a mattress expert. Steve P was very knowledgeable, patient and was not pushy at all. I was looking for something specific and he gave me multiple updates until it was in stock, which was less than a week. He gave me an incredible price; the mattress and base were delivered 12 hours later. I never buy anything in store, but was very happy I did!
