Spoke with Ronald on phone first about an adjustable framed bed. He was very polite, informative & a wealth of information. I later met Ed in the store & ordered our bed mechanism for us & Ronald was extremely courteous ‘ & showed me how it works with a sample in the store. It was a good experience & everything went smoothly!

Wow! I never write reviews for places but I was absolutely compelled to write this one. I have never had such an amazing customer experience at any retail store, not to mention mattress place. I am extremely happy with my mattress, thanks to the recommendation of sleep expert Sarah. I am at the end of my pregnancy and I haven’t had a good night of sleep this entire pregnancy until I had my adjustable frame and iseries bed delivered to my house. The delivery was perfect, the service was perfect! Due to my pregnant condition, sleep expert Sarah delivered the mattress to my house, personally. I have never had this offered to me or treated so greatly, i really appreciate this level of amazing service and will definitely recommend mattress firm to my friends and family! I will also recommend they go to Sarah personally, because I am just speechless at the service I was provided by her! Amazing!
