I needed a new box spring so I called and spoke to James who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I ordered the one I wanted over the phone. James explained how payment and delivery would work. He texted me a link to pay for it, then I received a text about delivery. I ordered it Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday morning. I was able to track the delivery truck on the website. Higinio and the other man who delivered it were friendly and professional. The box spring was in perfect condition and is perfect for my needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. So easy and pleasant.
