My husband is currently suffering from a sciatica flare up and we are currently in a truck camper. I told him that we really needed a firmer mattress for his back. We could have ordered online and crossed our fingers, but decided to check out the local Mattress Firm to try out the few options they have that can be ordered in our RV short queen size. Gordon was great in presenting our options and answering our questions or calling to find out for sure, if he wasn't. We found a mattress we thought could work for us on sale as well as a mattress protector and pillow for myself. Gordon was very laid back but present and engaged when helping us and made the sale that much more relaxed.

I live out of State from the Woodburn store but will be moving to the area. I worked with a combination of Nicolas and online chat to negotiate, order and pay for some appliances I need installed on a short timeline. Nicolas was knowledgeable and professional. I will have my appliances installed during a brief visit to our new home pending a final move. An all around good experience.
