I was immediately welcomed and invited to look around and feel free to ask questions. I appreciated not feeling pressured. My internet research had given me an understanding of what I needed for lasting comfort and I was shown that model. It was fabulous and all the features were thoroughly explained and demonstrated. I was then shown comparable items in my price range and able to try them out. I felt like a VIP and was never rushed or pressured. I chose my original choice and was able to splurge on new sheets, pillows and a mattress cover due to a sale! Arrangements were easily made for delivery and I left feeling completely confident in my choice and appreciated not going over - budget. I highly recommend this store.
