Sandy and I were desperately seeking a new, affordable mattress when we turned to Mattress Firm. Our salesman listened to our needs and directed us to a group of firm selections. The feel was great, but the price tag was on the high side. Then Mark listened to our concerns, explained the differences in pricing and showed us a few more options that were a better fit to our budget. We jumped at the mattress that had a 25% reduction and agreed to the free delivery and $11 fee for removing our old mattress. The overall experience was totally stress-free. We can't wait for delivery!

Delshon was our salesperson at the Muncy location who is an outstanding representative for Matress Firm. He explained everything to us and made the choice and buying process easy. We had a slight hitch in our delivery / set up and an issue with one product and he was more than accommodating to resolve the issues.
