Walked into the store and was greeted by Anna. She was very nice and courteous, I explained that I was looking for a bed on a budget. She asked what I was looking for, and I explained that I have some medical issues and a bad back, she showed me a mattress that was very affordable and had me lay in it to see how I felt about firmness etc. After trying it out, it was exactly what I wanted. She didn't try to upsell me, I picked out a nice adjustable frame to go with my mattress, she took all my info and made sure it would be delivered on the day I picked. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Mattress Firm Aramingo Outlet.

Anna was quite pleasant. Although the location I entered did not have the item I came in to purchase, Anna took the time to reach out to another facility to see if they had them in stock so I wouldn't have to wait. Leyani(sic) the manager at the next location was quite helpful and courteous as well! Many thanks and I will recommend Mattress Firm to others!!!
