My husband and I purchased a bed from this store several years ago and had a great experience, so we went back to try to purchase beds for my elderly parents. Again, we had a great experience. Stephan was great! He listened to what we needed, he explained things, he was very knowledgeable, and he was patient as I tested and re-tested the different beds. Delivery will be in 48 hours which is amazing! Thank you again Stephan for making this so easy!

We were blown away by the level of customer service that Hillary provided us in the store. She was so welcoming and gracious to take her time educating us as we were clueless as to what we were looking for. She helped us find a great match that has been a game changer. Art is a wonderful associate! He listened to my needs, gave me space to lie down for a few minutes undisturbed, and was extremely helpful setting up financing and delivery. Seamless purchase. He was also very sweet and sympathetic to my needs as someone with a chronic pain disease - just an all-around nice guy who knows what he's doing. I'd do business there again.

The gentleman (sorry, don't remember his name) was very patient and helpful to us. He took us through several options based on our responses to some questions, explained the differences and features, answered our questions knowledgeably, and then let us test them until we settled on the one we liked best. Would definitely go to this location again for any future mattress needs!

Great experience at the Exeter location. Our salesman listened to what we needed and made some recommendations and didn’t push us to the most expensive ones first.
