Our sales rep was Janine Robinson, and she was simply AMAZING throughout the entire process. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us even though she was busy helping out another customer (that right there is already a great first impression for me). Then, she proceeded to help us in our mattress search in every way possible, including helping us find the perfect mattress within a very tight budget! She was approachable, friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable, and an overall true professional. We left the store feeling like we got the best deal and service possible. Janine is as good as it gets when it comes to how this job should be done. She is the GOLD standard! We truly enjoyed our visit because of her.
