Sharon is the best! She was very informative and helped me select the perfect mattress! What was even better is that she was able to arrange to have it shipped to the house I'm in the process of moving to... in Florida! She helped arrange a quick delivery so I wouldn't have to sleep on an air mattress while I wait. Even though I was in another state, she kept in contact with me and orchestrated everything perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend popping in to see her if you have any questions or are looking for a mattress! She is one of the most pleasant people I've had the pleasure of dealing with!

We visited the store on MillCreek and received nothing but excellent service! Alexis helped us with an unusual issue of changing an item and was able to do it successfully. She kept me the loop and and was pleasant to work with at every step. I highly recommend this store and Alexis on her expertise, customer service and determination to keep a customer happy.

I usually don't do this but I felt I just had to. I went to this location and felt so blessed to have such a wonderful experience. Our saleswoman was so knowledgeable and so friendly she made my son and I feel so comfortable even though we only bought a bed in a box. She made us feel so welcomed we chatted for a bit. She even called to make sure that we were ok with the mattress. If i could give her more stars I would so thank you again Shameeka also the mattress is a good buy.

Not only was our sales representative, Sharon, knowledgeable and resourceful, she was very personable and made our experience great!
