Richard was great to work with!! I went in by myself and told him what we were looking for, and what our budget was. He knew I was only there to collect information to share with my husband and would not be purchasing anything at that time. Richard was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time with me and found what would fit us perfectly and within our budget. He never tried to upsell or rush me in any way. He gave me all the information I needed and I told him I would return in the morning with my husband. When my husband and I did return the very next morning, Richard immediately recognized me and preceded to go over everything again with my husband. We both left there extremely satisfied with our purchase and having no second thoughts on the money spent. I believe that has a lot to do with Richard. Thank you again Richard and we can't wait to get our new bed.

Took my 94yr old Mom in to look for a new mattress. We were greeted by Rich who was so kind and patient with us. He answered every question.Rich explained everything even as far as not to cut any tags off! We got the day 2 days later.Delivery men were fast, efficient and very polite.
