Store manager Dreanna Made sure that we had a good buying experience. She was informative and was not pushy at all which we appreciate. We found the perfect matters for us and we are looking forward to many nights on our new Sterns & Foster King size bed. Would recommend 10/10.

This past rainy Sunday, we wandered into Mattress Firm. Quickly greeted by Brandon Sparks, smart, easy- going and so nice to deal with. There was a wide selection of inventory and an added bonus of Memorial Day sales. Our choices were made simply and informed. We left feeling so very pleased and excited ! Brandon Sparks was such a pleasure and we wish him all the best ! Thank you Mattress Firm . I would highly recommend your store to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm Gateway due in large part to Dreanna the store manager. We were left to try out mattresses without being bothered and when we had questions the staff was knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Dreanna made sure we received a fair deal and was a pleasure to work with. Hate to say it was actually a fun end to a Saturday out and ended up purchasing 2 mattresses. Her part is done, now I hope we bought the correct mattresses…

I was having some major issues with my online purchase and was questioning my decision to do business with Mattress Firm. Could not get anyone on the phone with customer service as it was all handled online. Which I had already attempted on more than one occasion.Had to call a store and that’s when I met Jordan. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He had to let me off the phone and stated he would call me back. He did exactly what he said he would do. Nice to know that good customer still exists these days. Mattress Firm can thank Jordan for my business. It was refreshing to see that there are people out there that still care for the customer.
