Store manager Dreanna Made sure that we had a good buying experience. She was informative and was not pushy at all which we appreciate. We found the perfect matters for us and we are looking forward to many nights on our new Sterns & Foster King size bed. Would recommend 10/10.

My sales person was Kenny and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I shared my sleep issues with him; as well as issues I'm having with my current mattress and he made great recommendations that were within my budget. He was very personable and easy to talk to.. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

We were shopping for a mattress and went to Mattress Firm at Gateway. Dreanna showed us a variety of mattress and was very knowledge about all of the products. She gave us time to explain what we’re looking for, ask questions and try out each one. She seemed interested in helping us finding the best mattress for us. We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm Gateway due in large part to Dreanna the store manager. We were left to try out mattresses without being bothered and when we had questions the staff was knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Dreanna made sure we received a fair deal and was a pleasure to work with. Hate to say it was actually a fun end to a Saturday out and ended up purchasing 2 mattresses. Her part is done, now I hope we bought the correct mattresses…
