WOW! What an awesome experience we had today at sleep experts!! Went in expecting to be disappointed by the prices and was extremely surprised and satisfied! The rep Mike was the best, he listened to what we were looking for and new exactly where to take us. Knowledgeable and patient, didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell another mattress and it was appreciated! We will certainly be recommending this store to everyone we know, they definitely earned all the business we can generate for them.

I am very happy with my experience today with Michael at the Alliance --Sage Meadow location. I walked in unsure of what I was doing there and felt like everything was so far out of my price range that frankly it was embarrassing, but Michael made it his duty to work within my budget and make me feel comfortable. He took his time explaining the options available to me and let me try practically everything. I felt that he truly worked his magic in getting me the best price possible, and I am confident that I will love my mattress and truly get the best sleep. Mike Thompson is an amazing expert on finding the right mattress and pillow that is perfect for our son. Mike helped us find the right mattress for my husband and I, 3 years ago. We sought him out , even at a different location, when our chiropractor recommended a new mattress for our 16 year old son. He took his time, answered all of my questions, and really made us feel comfortable. Mike at Sleep Experts at Alliance is such a blessing and took such good care of us. This is a big purchase for us, and I feel.completetly confident that Mike has guided us in the right direction to help our son not only get good rest, but to heal from a recent neck/ back injury/ pain he is being treated for. My fiancé and I went to a few different stores trying mattresses because we wanted to find a decent one for our (low) budget. We were about to go back to one store and settle for an alright bed in our price range but decided why not check out another store. We are both so grateful we did. Mike had us do the sleep assessment then walked us around the store trying out beds. Somehow managed to find a bed my fiancé and I both liked. He likes soft bed while I prefer firm. He gave us an unbelievable deal to help us stay within our price range and get the bed we agreed on the most. Mike was incredibly helpful. We slept on it the for the first time last night, and it was awesome! And will only get better from here😎 My fiancé has told pretty much everyone to get their next mattress at sleep experts because of the service and help we received from Mike. Our bed was an old hand me down, and we finally were able to get a new (and great!!) mattress because of him. Truly were blessed to walk into sleep expert and be helped by Mike. Thank you!
